Accuracy of the data available online
Truvo has devoted the utmost care to collecting and updating the data recorded in the Internet version of the Golden Pages® and the Golden Fax Directory. "Ratings & Reviews" Functionality
In order to use the “Ratings & Reviews”-section of this website, the user is obliged to register in advance. Truvo shall be entitled to refuse access to the “Ratings & Reviews”-section to any user without justification and for whatever reason. Truvo shall not send any communications in this respect. Theft or abuse of registration data (login/password) should be notified to Truvo immediately by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@truvo.be
The user of the “Ratings & Reviews”-section is personally responsible for the messages that he posts on the website. Truvo is under no circumstances liable for the accuracy, the completeness or the appropriateness of the information that is mentioned in the “Ratings & Reviews”-section. In addition, Truvo is not liable for any damage that could result from or be connected to the use of the “Ratings & Reviews”-section and/or the impossibility of using it. The user is solely (with the exception of Truvo) liable for any claim lodged by third parties and shall fully indemnify and compensate Truvo in this respect (including legal costs and lawyer fees).
The “Ratings & Reviews”-section can only be used for personal and non-commercial use. Each commercialisation of the information posted or use thereof for non-personal purposes, irrespective of its form, is strictly prohibited.
The user agrees that under no circumstance he will use the “Ratings & Reviews”-section for illegal or improper purposes. The user agrees inter alia: (i) to respect all (intellectual property) rights, both of Truvo and third parties; (ii) in particular to respect the privacy rights of third parties (and therefore to refrain from mentioning personal data regarding third parties); (iii) not to infringe national or international laws; (iv) not to provide information that is illegal, damaging, racist, offensive, obscene, sexist or contrary to public order or public decency or is reprehensible for any other reason; (v) not to advertise or post any publicity; and (vi) not to upload files containing viruses or any other damaging software or programs and to refrain from hacking or damaging the system.
Truvo shall at all times and for any reason be entitled to remove messages from its website without any prior notice to the user concerned. Truvo does not have to justify its decision or need to communicate this removal to any user. The user cannot oppose the decision to remove a message.
Truvo shall process the personal data of the users of the “Ratings & Reviews”-section in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Privacy with regard to the Processing of Personal Data of 8 December 1992. Each natural person has the right to access and correct these data and to object to the processing thereof for direct marketing purposes by sending an e-mail to info@promedia.be.
